Cornwall Tech started with a straightforward idea: local people deserve a reliable service they can trust with both safety compliance and everyday technology support. We saw too many customers juggling multiple providers — one company for PAT paperwork, another for computer repairs — with unclear pricing and little continuity. So we built a family-run business that combines both services under one name and one honest standard.
From our base in Falmouth, we now support customers across 22 Cornish towns. Some call us for annual PAT testing across holiday properties. Others call when a laptop gives up the day before important work. Many customers use both services because they value having a single, dependable local team who already understands their setup.
We provide on-site PAT testing for holiday lets, landlords, offices, cafés, schools, and community venues. Every visit includes visual checks, electrical testing, pass/fail labelling, and a detailed report with same-day certificates. We also carry out minor plug and fuse repairs at no extra charge where possible.
Our computer support starts from £35 per hour and covers virus removal, tune-ups, laptop repairs, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, data recovery, new device setup, and one-to-one tuition. We focus on practical outcomes and clear communication rather than tech jargon.
